LensOps is our camera health service for Verkada. It is in development and running on our own cameras first.
What it is being built to do
- Checks that each camera is online and recording.
- Compares how long footage is kept against your policy and flags gaps.
- Sends camera up and down events into our ticket queue so a person follows up.
LensOps is not yet monitoring customer sites. If you would like to be one of the first, tell us about your cameras.
