YOUR SYSTEMS. CONNECTED BY MANAGED.
A transaction finds its moment.
See how a legacy-register connection can be designed with Managed. This animated film is a concept for a scoped build.
Legacy serial concept / built to order. Synthetic scene and data only. Source compatibility and deployment require validation.

An ordinary checkout
A synthetic customer checks out at a legacy register. A ceiling camera sees the counter. This is an illustrative connection design, not a field-ready serial product.
A path for older systems
A proposed connector reads an agreed serial transaction output. Source protocol, hardware, secure transport and failure handling must be built and validated.
The Managed role
Managed would interpret approved metadata, map the lane to its camera and deliver the Helix event. Camera footage does not pass through Managed.
Two paths, one moment
Helix receives event metadata with camera ID and timestamp. Camera footage stays in the Verkada experience. The event links the right moment to the transaction.
Investigate by transaction
An illustrative investigation searches DEMO-1042 and selects the matching camera and time. The footage and interface are synthetic.
Your systems, connected
A legacy-register connection is built to order. Source compatibility and deployment are scoped and validated for your project.
No field-ready serial connector is claimed. Refund handling and serial queue/replay are not implemented claims. Video stays with Verkada; Managed delivers transaction metadata.
